O #EMISSARY<\/a> (European Military Integrated Space Situational Awareness and Recognition capabilitY) foi oficialmente lan\u00e7ado com uma reuni\u00e3o de arranque do Acordo de Subven\u00e7\u00e3o realizada recentemente em Roma, reunindo mais de 100 participantes de parceiros do cons\u00f3rcio industrial, incluindo o Gestor de Programa do Minist\u00e9rio da Defesa italiano (Ministero della Difesa<\/a>), o European Commission<\/a> e o European Defence Agency<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cofinanciado pela Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, no \u00e2mbito do European Defence Fund<\/a> (#EDF<\/a>), o EMISSARY marca um passo decisivo para o desenvolvimento de capacidades europeias aut\u00f3nomas e interoper\u00e1veis para o conhecimento situacional espacial (#SSA<\/a>) em apoio da defesa e seguran\u00e7a. O projeto est\u00e1 focado no desenvolvimento de uma rede de sensores avan\u00e7ados e um software militar dedicado de Comando e Controle (C2) para SSA, permitindo a coleta, processamento e troca segura de dados. O seu objetivo \u00e9 criar um Quadro Espacial Reconhecido (RSP) militar partilhado para uso operacional, apoiando as opera\u00e7\u00f5es espaciais e garantindo a soberania nacional e europeia sobre os dados e a tomada de decis\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Coordenada pela Leonardo<\/a>, a iniciativa re\u00fane 46 benefici\u00e1rios de 13 Estados-Membros de apoio \u2013 incluindo It\u00e1lia, Fran\u00e7a, Espanha, Alemanha, Pol\u00f3nia, Finl\u00e2ndia, \u00c1ustria, Su\u00e9cia, Portugal, Gr\u00e9cia, Luxemburgo, Rom\u00e9nia e Noruega. O EMISSARY ter\u00e1 dura\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro anos com um valor total de \u20ac 158 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
